Today, my parents were able to receive a COVID vaccine! Both received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine; they had to travel to a mass vaccination event in the next county over at SHS. They said it was well organized and went smoothly overall.

They were able to get the vaccine because my sister saw a post on social media one or two days ago. My sister has been vaccinated for some time now; she qualified with the healthcare workers. My granny should be getting her second dose around March 22. If all goes well, she should be fully protected by April 5, and my parents should have their protection by March 27. It is a weight off my mind to have them protected.
